1. About YCOA Jewelry and these terms

YCOA Jewelry is the brand of YCOA Clothing LLC, which operates www.ycoajewelry.com. In these terms, “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to that store operator. These terms explain the use of our website and shopping services. Our Shipping Policy and Return and Refund Policy contain the related delivery and after-sales terms. The Privacy Policy explains personal-information processing; it is a notice, not a request to give blanket consent by visiting the store.

For international transactions processed through Shopify Managed Markets, the Global-e entity disclosed at checkout acts as merchant of record. The seller information and Global-e terms presented for that transaction apply alongside our store policies. We remain available for product and customer-service assistance. Nothing here excludes mandatory consumer protections or overrides a more protective right required by law.

2. Eligibility and account security

To place an order, you must have legal capacity to enter into a purchase contract and be authorized to use the payment method provided. Supply accurate contact, delivery, and payment information. If you create or use a customer account, protect your sign-in access and verification codes and notify us if you suspect unauthorized use. We will not ask you to send your password or full payment-card details by email.

3. Products and choosing an option

Review the product description, selected variant, size, stone option, finish, quantity, and price before checkout. Statements about a particular material or stone apply only to the product and option described, not to the entire catalog. Contact us if a detail essential to your decision is missing or unclear.

Photography may show an item enlarged, styled, or under lighting that differs from everyday conditions. Screen settings can affect apparent color. These practical limitations do not excuse goods that are defective or materially different from their description. No additional guarantee about precious-metal purity, gemstone grading, allergy suitability, or durability should be inferred unless stated for the specific item or required by law.

4. Orders, availability, and payment

Submitting checkout places an order subject to payment authorization, availability, and the applicable seller's order-acceptance process. An automated receipt acknowledges the order; it is not a promise that an unavailable product can be supplied. We will notify you if we cannot fulfill an order and promptly arrange the appropriate refund of amounts collected for the affected items.

We may seek clarification or decline an order for a genuine reason, such as failed payment, suspected fraud, an unavailable item, or a delivery restriction. We will not use this provision to avoid obligations for an accepted purchase. If we discover a material pricing or product-information error, we will inform you and, where appropriate, let you choose whether to proceed on corrected terms or receive a refund. We will not impose a higher price after purchase without your agreement.

The currency, available payment methods, shipping charge, and applicable taxes or import charges are shown at checkout before you confirm payment. Localized prices can differ by destination. Your payment provider may apply its own currency-conversion or cross-border fees. Installment or accelerated-checkout services, if offered, have separate provider terms; they do not remove your consumer rights against the relevant seller.

5. Delivery

We currently offer delivery to the United States and 27 additional countries and regions identified in our Shipping Policy. Orders are dispatched within 5 business days after we receive your order. Estimated transit after dispatch is 5–8 business days for the mainland United States (the contiguous 48 states and Washington, DC) and 8–15 business days for our supported international destinations. Processing time is additional to these transit estimates. Other supported US addresses require an address-specific estimate as explained in the Shipping Policy. Transit ranges are estimates rather than guaranteed dates; any different order-specific delivery estimate disclosed before purchase applies to that order. Business days exclude weekends and relevant public holidays. Available services depend on the delivery address and items ordered. Review the timing and charges disclosed for your order.

If an order is delayed, lost, damaged in transit, or marked delivered but not received, contact us so we can investigate and provide any remedy due. These terms do not automatically transfer all transit risk to you when a parcel leaves our premises. Mandatory rules governing delivery, risk, delay, and cancellation continue to apply.

6. Returns, cancellations, and faulty goods

Our change-of-mind return window is 14 calendar days from delivery of the last item in the order. Customers pay direct return shipping for personal-preference returns; we cover reasonable necessary return shipping for defective, incorrect, or misdescribed goods. We do not charge a restocking fee. You may request cancellation before fulfillment; dispatch does not extinguish an applicable statutory withdrawal right.

Refunds due for returned goods are issued within 5 business days after we receive the returned goods, or sooner if applicable law requires. Our refund-processing business days are Monday through Friday, excluding US public holidays. Payment-provider posting time is separate. See our Return and Refund Policy for notice methods, the further period for returning goods, refund handling, and statutory rights, including any earlier refund obligation based on evidence of return shipment. The 14-day window is not a limit on remedies for non-conforming goods, and we do not replace a legally required cash refund with mandatory store credit.

7. Shopify, privacy, and third-party services

Our store is hosted by Shopify. Shopify processes information when you visit or purchase from the store. We use Shopify Network Intelligence, which supports enhanced services using interactions with this store, other merchants, and Shopify. Information is shared with Shopify and relevant service providers, including providers in other countries. Our Privacy Policy explains this processing and the available consent and opt-out controls. Payment, carrier, and other external services may have their own terms. Their involvement does not remove obligations that we or the contracting seller owe you. Please review a third party's notice before supplying information directly to it.

8. Appropriate use and intellectual property

Do not misuse the website, introduce harmful code, interfere with security, impersonate another person, submit fraudulent orders, or use content in a way that infringes others' rights. Website branding, text, images, and design belong to their respective rights holders. Except for uses permitted by law, commercial reuse requires the relevant permission.

Information you send us must be lawful and must not improperly disclose another person's private information. Sending a customer-service message does not give us unrestricted permission to publish it as a testimonial or use your identity in advertising.

9. Responsibility and mandatory protections

We take reasonable care in providing the store and correcting problems. We cannot promise uninterrupted access at every moment, but maintenance or an outage does not cancel an existing order or a remedy owed to you. Responsibility for loss is determined by the applicable law and the circumstances, including causation and reasonable mitigation.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, deliberate misconduct, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. Nor do these terms disclaim non-excludable warranties, legal guarantees, or consumer remedies. In particular, mandatory protections applicable in your country of residence remain available.

10. Questions, disputes, and changes

Contact us first if you want help resolving a concern, although doing so does not limit a statutory right to complain to an authority or bring a claim. For contracts with YCOA Clothing LLC, Colorado law applies only to the extent it does not deprive consumers of mandatory protections available under the law that would otherwise apply. Nothing here requires you to surrender a right to bring proceedings in a court available to you under applicable consumer law.

We may update these terms prospectively by posting a revised version and date. Changes do not retrospectively reduce rights attached to an existing order. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue only to the extent permitted by law.
