Business and customer service details

Help us identify your request

For an existing order, include your order number, the name or email used at checkout, and a short description of the issue. For a product question, include the product name or page link and the size or option you are considering. For a damaged or incorrect item, photographs can help where available. Please do not send full payment-card details, passwords, or login verification codes.

Returns and cancellations

Request a return or cancellation in your customer account, or contact us directly for assistance.

Change-of-mind returns can be requested within 14 calendar days after delivery of the last item in the order, subject to our Return and Refund Policy. That period does not restrict mandatory remedies for faulty or misdescribed goods. Our company address above is also our return address for US and international orders. Please notify us of the return and include an order reference with the parcel. A timely statutory withdrawal notice does not depend on waiting for our reply.

Refunds due for returned goods are issued within 5 business days after we receive the returned goods, or sooner if applicable law requires. Our refund-processing business days exclude weekends and US public holidays. Your payment provider may take additional time to display the credit. See the Return and Refund Policy for details and any earlier statutory refund deadline.

Dispatch and expected delivery

Orders are dispatched within 5 business days after we receive your order. Estimated delivery after dispatch is 5–8 business days for the mainland United States (the contiguous 48 states and Washington, DC) and 8–15 business days for our supported international destinations. Processing time is additional to transit time; business days exclude weekends and relevant public holidays. Other supported US addresses require an address-specific estimate. International orders

We serve the United States and the 27 additional countries and regions listed in our Shipping Policy. Global-e may act as merchant of record for international orders processed through Shopify Managed Markets, as identified at checkout. YCOA Jewelry remains your contact for product, delivery, and return assistance.

Privacy and legal enquiries

Use the same email or postal address for a privacy request or formal complaint, marking the subject “Privacy request” or “Complaint” where helpful. Our Privacy Policy, Terms of Service, and Legal Notice explain the relevant rights and responsibilities. Contacting us does not prevent you from using any statutory complaint or dispute-resolution route.
